Custom T-shirts and apparel are our bread and butter at Aries Ink, and we're here to help you get the best quality custom prints that you can find. Whether you're getting shirts printed up for a family reunion, your new band, or you're just getting your new clothing line off the ground, we've got you covered!
What you need to know.
Aries Ink offers custom printing. We can print up to 6 colors, including black and white. You will need to provide the design in a vector format (.ai, .eps, or PDF), or a high resolution raster format (.jpg, .png, or .tiff). If you don't have a design, no sweat! We offer design services as well for an affordable rate! Just contact us by phone or email with your needs and we'll be more than happy to help your idea come to life!
Our minimum order is 20 pieces, though this isn't a hard and fast number. If you require a smaller order, we may be able to work with you. Simply contact us by phone or email and we'd be happy to review your needs. We will take orders on a case-by-case basis.
Pricing
Pricing is based on number of colors and quantity of pieces. The more pieces you order, the better per-item price we can give!
The following table shows rough per-item pricing based on how many colors, top, and number of items, left. These numbers do not include garment prices. If you are looking for larger orders, please contact us for pricing!
Additional print location prices start at half the cost of the first location.

Each color represents one individual screen. We charge a $20 per screen set-up fee. Please keep in mind that printing on dark colored garments, especially black, may require an underlay. Underlays are priced as an additional color and screen.
We use Gilden 100% Pre-Shrunk cotton T-Shirts by default. If you have any special requests, be sure to let us know! We will accommodate any reasonable requests.
To begin printing, a 50% deposit needs to be made to account for garment purchase. The remainder is due upon completion. Lead time is 14 days, from date of deposit finalization. Rush terms are available for additional fees.
Garments can be picked up locally or shipped. Be sure to note that shipping fees will be added on to the final price.
